This project involved completing unfinished work left by a previous contractor, focusing on enhancing the entrance area and integrating natural elements into the hotel’s landscape.

Our team designed and constructed elegant edging for the entrance using durable gabion structures, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we clad a naturally forming freshwater pond, creating a seamless connection between the hotel and the stunning surroundings of the Hermanus mountains. The use of locally sourced Hermanus rock not only complements the natural beauty of the area but also reinforces the hotel’s commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.

Through this project, we aimed to create a welcoming and visually appealing entrance while respecting and enhancing the unique landscape of Hermanus.
