This smallholding is situated on the Eikendal road between Somerset West and Stellenbosch and is occupied by four families.

They needed their new surroundings detailed and beautified to create a visually pleasing and soft-on-the-eye effect, naturally blending with the surrounding vineyards and landscape.

Materials were locally sourced, using brown granite that blended with the surroundings, paving and thatched roof buildings.
