The Kogelberg Nature Reserve houses twelve eco-built cabins and the client required braai structures to compliment the natural look and feel of the homes and surroundings.

Local white Palmiet stone was the obvious choice for a seamless blend to finish off the desired product. Both the architect and the client were well pleased with an end product of 50 x 50cm neatly welded square mesh gabions, as opposed to the usual woven mesh structures previously used in other reserves.
